This is a Three-Story Building with a parking structure surrounded by vehicles from various movies and sitcoms.

The building will also house:

  • the largest memorabilia shop of comedy in the state of California

  • A restaurant and a bar

  • A private bar on the 3rd floor for VIP’s and selected Inductees, and comics.

Inside the building there will be:

  • Facades of California Comedy Clubs, movies and sitcoms

  • Induction busts throughout the main hallway

  • A 500-seat theatre for future inductions and a voice over studio for future production.

Each Inductee has their own space, a room and a façade is built commemorating their accomplishments with photos, bios and memorabilia which include clothing, paintings, vehicles, items they are known for using or have appeared with.
